In Stitches

February 23, 2016

I don’t know why there is a serious mental block about this blog lately. I seriously have more than enough content to post! And yet, the hours, days and weeks fly by without writing a single word. I guess it’s good because I just have been so busy actually living my life. And life has been pretty good lately. Not perfect. But a whole lot better. I really do appreciate all of you who do still stop by to say hello every once in while. Makes me happy.

I have so much new work to share with you. Lots of new prints in my Etsy store. And I have started doing some stitched pieces while I am watching TV or just sitting around. I just thought I would share some of those today. Enjoy!

These are wonderful! I love all the color, texture and stitches! I never thought to stitch on paper and really want to try this. Thanks for posting. I am inspired.

    Hey Wendy,

Love the stitching projects! So fun to watch your journey. I was wondering what you would charge to do a word or two – like those cards?

My word for the year is LISTEN and a friend’s is BEYOND. How do you charge for these kinds of things?

    Hi Wendy,

I especially love the stitched ship — perhaps it’s my need to feel buoyant after a long week at work! Thanks for sharing!
