journal entry: my thinking is shifting today! things are moving and i am realizing the power of choice. i choose abundance. i can choose to walk in new opportunities. i can choose to walk through the doors that feel like they were made for only me.
materials used: watercolors, spray inks, white-out pen, pen, acrylic paint, shiva paintstiks.
for all of you newbies here, i just wanted to make you aware that i have an art journaling e-course. it’s called the altered life and it’s a lot of painting techniques mixed with parts of my stories and art journaling prompts to help you on your journey towards healing. you can find out more information here.

Really nice.
i found your site through melody ross’s brave girls club. i love your work. i just looked at your free e course and was wondering if you could share what the white bottle is that has the letters fx on it. You do some blending with your fingers. i can’t tell what it is. also, where do you find the textures circle items? I think one of the items is called sequin waste which i have been unable to find, and the bigger circles i have never seen.
also, i see you use ink, and i think spray ink. When you make the red swirls up on the corner in kind of a ruby red color are you making those using the ink dropper? and is there a certain brand of spray ink you use? your colors are amazing.
I am also interesteed in taking your course when my budget allows. is it self paced?
thanks fo much!
the white bottle is white acrylic ink… i think that is what you are taking about. the stuff i blend with my fingers is shiva paintstiks. the texture circles are called punchinella. not sure exactly where to find them but a lot of craft stores have them by the roll… you just have to look around. the red/pink swirls i did with an ink dropper… i love to write with ink droppers too. i just use adirondack color washes for my spray inks, by ranger… but there are a lot of great spray inks out there.
my e-course is self paced and never closes. you can sign up at any time.
I love your feast of colors, so energetic!
