i just started working on a new journal. this time i am using loose watercolor papers that i will eventually bind into a book. i like working on the individual journal pages because i can work on multiple pages at once and i don’t have to wait for each page to dry. it’s so much quicker. i love it! here is one of those loose pages.
materials used: watercolor paper, found papers, stitching, acrylic ink, messy wax paper, shiva paint stik, washi tape, watercolors, texture tape.

I love what you say here on day 65….”you are beautiful right now…no exceptions.”
are you using the acrylic ink or the shiva paint stick to get the very black marks in your ART journaling pages? ~I really like the bold effect it makes in your work.
the acrylic ink is the black marks. i use it in a dropper and just make random marks all over. the shiva paint stiks are where there is some subtle smudge marks. the paint stiks are pretty much an oil pastel.
I love the idea of loose pages because I get tired of waiting for the rest to dry, too! Must try this.
i want to see some of your pages girl. you must post in the fb group or somewhere please!!!
