my hard drive is dying…

just. let. go.

this problem has been slowly creeping up on me. i am running out of space on my hard drive. somewhere between all the videos for my e-course, vlogs, and pictures for the blog i ran out of room. so i am desperately trying to limit the pictures and videos that i upload right now. i would love to do a vlog for you and share all of the yummy new projects i have going. or even just take pictures.

i am hoping to get a new and improved hard drive very soon. until then, you will have to wait for vlogs and pics.

i am actually kind of enjoying a much slower pace to start off september. i think i had a little too much going on in august and the stress of it all finally hit my body. my husband was out of town for a week and a half, my girls got sick and then i got sick. it was all just a little too much.

so i have been taking it easy. i even took the week off from teaching classes. i thought i might be relieved to have a little break, but surprisingly i really missed the social interaction. i really have come to look forward to my monday nights. it is time for me to be creative and share my passion with other people.

i think i will be able to hit the ground running in a week or so. i am excited to focus on new projects including putting the finishing touches on my e-course. all of the content is up but i just have to tweak a few last template problems that have been plaguing me. arg! if only i had a geek for a husband. wait a minute, i do. if only i had a geek for a husband who had time to work on my website!!!

sorry this blog post is a bit of a ramble, but i guess that is just the way my brain is working right now. kind of random and sporadic. i think i need to spend about a week in the studio just to get my brain back.

thank you for all of the kind words and support throughout this month. i really do appreciate each and every one of them even though i have not had time to reply to your comments.

Hi Have you thought of buying yourself something like a 1 or 2 tera-bite drive? Even 2 and dedicate them to storage for videos and stills? It would take the pressure off you hard drive. Sorry you’ve been sick and out of sorts, Hope you are all on the road to recovery and starting to feel better soon. I pass round the 1000 units of vit c when everyone is starting cold and cough season. it seems to help the boys (and me!) Have a good week.

thanks liz! my husband told me i should be uploading them to the server instead of my laptop. so i guess i will have to take his advice. he is the computer man, i don’t know if i would get an external drive or not.
