india ink tutorial

what you need:

india ink

strips of paper

spray bottle filled with water

wax paper

watercolor crayons

what you do:

drip india ink all over wax paper. spray water onto ink. the more water you add, the more subdued the color. swirl the ink with the end of a brush if desired. place paper into ink until the paper absorbs the ink. it makes a super fun effect. then i added designs with watercolor crayons before dipping the paper into the ink. for another effect drip ink with a paint brush all over paper. i had so much fun playing. now i have some really cool papers to use in my altered books. i can’t wait to use them!!! beware, your hands will get really messy.
